2025/2026
St. Michael Early Childhood Programs offer multiple class options for your preschool age children. All Preschool classes are held in the school.
- All Preschool classes follow the St. Michael Catholic School calendar.
- Children must be 3 or 4 by September 1 and completely toilet trained.

- AGREEMENT:
- I understand that the full day options include attending the Childcare Center before and/or after the hours fo the preschool class selected. Additional time spent in childcare will be billed according to the current childcare rate.

- TUITION AGREEMENT:
- Registration Fee: $100 per family is due at the time of enrollment. The fee reserves your child's spot and is non-refundable.
  Enrollment and Tuition: Tuition is based on the tuition agreement upon registration. All annual fees include school breaks, scheduled school days off, and half days from the first day of school through the end of the school year. Credits and refunds will not be given for days child(ren) does not attend class and/or childcare due to the fixed costs of running the program. Summer programs fees are not included in the annual preschool rates. If you decide to make a change to your child’s enrollment agreement, or withdraw from the program, written notice must be received in our office two weeks prior to any changes. Enrollment changes are for long-term changes and not periodic changes in attendance.
  Billing and Payment Information: Tuition payment plans will be set up through FACTS. We offer several payment plans including Pay in Full (August 1^st or 15^th), 3 Payments (August, November, and February 1^st or 15^th) and Monthly (August-May 1^st or 15^th).
  Payment Options
  Automatic bank draft (ACH) using a checking or savings account
  Credit Card- A 3.05% processing fee will be assessed for using a credit or debit card.
  Cash or Check payment to the parish office.
  When an ACH payment returns for Insufficient Funds (NSF), or when a Credit Card payment returns for Insufficient Funds, Do Not Honor, Exceeds Credit Limit/Approval, or Expired Card, a Returned Payment Fee of up to $30 is assessed. The fee amount is subject to change.
  Billing/Email Permission Statement: All billing statements are sent via email. I give permission to St. Michael Preschool/Childcare to send information, billings, and updates to the email address provided. I understand that if this address is part of my employment, it may not be private or secure, and that it is acceptable to send private information to this address. I also accept that this email address is checked on a regular basis and sending billings for preschool/childcare is acceptable.
